Charming Farm Rental
We are delighted to offer our charming farm as a location to capture your clients’ most precious memories. With the old farmhouse as a backdrop, mature trees, an inviting front porch and stunning sunset views, our farm offers many scenic photography options for your photo shoots.

Photography Sessions Rates:
$75 per hour
Includes unlimited stations and props
We are located just minutes from downtown Gilbert. Address will be given 24 hours before your booked session. Please send to your clients once they have made full payment and/or commitment to you.
During your Photography Session:
+ Photographers and their clients must check in upon arrival and prior to entering the farm.
+ Remember our farm is also our home. Please be respectful of our property and do not damage any structures, equipment or landscaping during your shoot.
+ Parking is to the west of the driveway, by entry gate. Additional parking is available on the empty lot next door.
+ A signed Release of Liability agreement is required prior to the day of your session
+ Please tag Charming Farm Photography on all social media posts for Instagram or Facebook.
+ Charming Farm Photography assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any equipment or belongings.
+ Do not trespass on our property during non-business hours. Only guests who have reserved a photography session will be allowed to enter the farm for photography.
+ We will oversee all photography sessions and will be available to answer questions and provide assistance as we are able.
Charming Canoe Rental
Dive into the beauty of our creek inspired water scene! Add our Charming Canoe to your next photo shoot and let this watery canvas ignite your creativity! Flowers, pillows, blankets and straw hats are just a few props available for you to truly capture breathtaking shots on the water.
When scheduling this type of shoot, flexibility is a must! The water delivery schedule is created by SRP and is not posted until the Tuesday before the actual water delivery day. Possible shoot dates and times will be posted on socials & on the Sessions page of our site as soon as they're available.
Preparing for this shoot:
+ Boots and/or water shoes are needed to get to the canoe, they do not need to be incorporated in the shoot
+ Outfit(s) you're willing to get wet
+ Towels, change of clothes, plastic bags for anything you don't want wet
